Dehradun |Modern School Delhi won the title of 6th Selaqui Invitational T-20 Cricket Tournament; in the final Modern School defeated Selaqui International School by 165 runs. Batting first after winning the toss, Modern School made a big score of 244 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Tanmay Singh played a brilliant inning of 79, Ishank scored 43 runs. Irhan took 3 wickets for 26 runs. Chasing a mammoth target of 244 runs, the team of Selaqui International School could manage only 79 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the 20 overs and lost the match by 165 runs. Chetanya Taluja played an inning of 32 runs. Eshaan Kakar took 4 wickets by giving 5 runs, Ishank took 3 wickets by giving 27 runs. Ishank was adjudged man of the match for his all-round performance.
Aryaman Sakooja (best batsman), Eshaan Kakkar(best bowler), Riyansh Kapoor (best wicket keeper) and Ishank Jhanji were awarded with the man of the series award.
