India lost the ODI series against Australia
Chennai | A poor performance by the batsmen saw India lose the Chennai ODI by 21 runs and as well as lost the ODI series by 2-1. After winning the toss, the entire Australian team could not stand in front of the excellent bowling of Hardik Pandya and Kuldeep Yadav and got reduced to 269 runs in 49 overs. Travis Head (33) and Mitchell Marsh (47) made a great start for Australia and shared a 68-run partnership for the first wicket, Hardik Pandya sent Travel Head, Steve Smith and Mitchell Marsh to the pavilion in a span of 17 runs and got Indian team back in the match.
