Ghaziabad | Telefunken Cricket Club defeated UGCA by 3 wickets in a thrilling match to enter the semi-finals of the 2nd All India Yashpal Sharma Memorial Cricket Tournament. After winning the toss, Telefunken Cricket Club invited UGCA to bat first. UGCA scored 289 runs losing 9 wickets in the stipulated 40 overs with the brilliant century of Abhishek Sharma of 117 runs. Abhishek Ahlawat played an inning of 44 runs and Yash played an inning of 41 runs. Shivam Sharma took 3 wickets for 55 runs and Deepak Khatri and Abhishek Khandelwal took 2 wickets each.
Telefunken Club achieved the target of 289 runs in 38.1 overs by losing 7 wickets. Parikshit Sehrawat and Deepak Khatri played an inning of 79-79 runs, at the end of the inning Abhishek Khandelwal played an inning of 41 runs in 34 balls.
