Telefunken Cricket Club’s easy victory in Yashpal Sharma Memorial Cricket Tournament

Ghaziabad |Telefunken Cricket Club easily defeated Delhi Wonders Club by 113 runs in the league match of the second All India Yashpal Sharma Memorial Cricket Tournament and secured a place in the quarter-finals. Delhi Wonders Club won the toss and invited Telefunken Cricket Club to bat first. Telefunken Cricket Club scored 293 runs at the loss of 8 wickets in 40 overs. Yash Dabas played an inning of 92 runs and Deepak Khatri played an inning of 60 runs. Atre Tripathi took 4 wickets for 41 runs and Suraj took 2 wickets for 48 runs.

Chasing 293 runs to win, Delhi Wonders were all out for 180 runs in 35.3 overs and lost the match by 113 runs. Ishagra Jangoori played an inning of 56 runs and Hardik Sharma played an inning of 35 runs. Rohan Parchanda took 3 wickets for 38 runs and Siddhant Bansal took 2 wickets for 36 runs. Yash Dabas was adjudged Sports Sun Man of the Match for his excellent batting.
